Jessica Woody

Jessica is our Operations Officer and oversees the daily operations at our individual clinics. She started with the company in February of 2014 and accepted the C.O.O. position in February, 2018! Her roles with the company have included Patient Services Representative where she worked at the front desk and moved into learning Billing and Coding with chiropractic, Chiropractic Therapy Assistant, Office Coordinator, Director of Operations, and Human Resources Administrator. 

A few of Jessica’s accomplishments are Associate of Arts in Healthcare Administration at the University of Phoenix, Qualified Chiropractic Coder Certification (QCC), and Chiropractic Therapy Assistant License (CTA). Her professional goals are to continue to promote and be an advocate for chiropractic care while expanding her knowledge and helping patients receive the best natural, effective pain relief possible. “Our mission and vision is to strive to be the leading chiropractic company in the Upper Cumberland and surrounding communities known for our quality of care, giving each patient the best experience, and at a great value.” During her free time, she enjoys reading, taking family trips to the beach, and watching her kids play various sports from softball and basketball to cross country, as her husband and her assist in coaching and teaching them all the fundamentals!
