Dr. Brian Fillmore DCChiropractor
Longtime Kingston resident, Dr. Brian Fillmore graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College of Kansas City in 1997, and moved directly to East Tennessee. While practicing in Tennessee, Dr. Fillmore fell in love with the area, the atmosphere, and the community. He and his wife have three children and four grandchildren. Tennessee grew to be home to them; however, when family called him back to Ohio, he made the move and furthered his chiropractic practice there for eight years. While living in Ohio, he and his wife felt the draw of the beautiful Tennessee mountains and knew they wanted to get back to the area they had grown to love. In 2008, Dr. Brian and his family moved back to East Tennessee and have been residents here ever since. The East Tennessee community has his heart. He grew up having a connection to the community and to athletics, because he was a student athlete and a varsity football coach. His years of experience in athletics and his years of practice treating patients have increased his familiarity with the complexity of chiropractic care and given him a comprehensive skill set in treating the different types of injuries patients have from daily routines, as well as sports and exercise programs.

Dr. RJ Crawford DC QCCCEO/ Chiropractor
My first experience with chiropractic was very early on. I couldn’t even say 'chiropractic' yet, much less, knew what it was. I was only two, and like most that age, I was a wild heathen and I basically enjoyed doing anything my parents told me not to do. So jumping on the furniture and the bed was just one of those activities. One day while jumping on the bed I happened to fall off and consequently broke my left leg. Again, being a little 'Dennis the Menace' and thinking lightning wouldn’t strike twice, I decided while still in a cast, to jump on the bed again. And as a result, fell off the bed a second time… and yes, broke my other leg. So now being a two-year-old with two broken legs, both in casts all the way up, my dad decided it would be wise for me to see his chiropractor.
