Dr. Nick Celeslie DCChiropractorI was born in St. Louis, Missouri and lived there until I was 8 years old. Living in St. Louis pushed me to become a St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. I love to follow sports and have been a devoted Tennessee Titans fan since the Rams left St. Louis. When I was 8 years old we moved to Grayslake, Illinois. This is located about an hour north of Chicago on the Wisconsin/Illinois border. I then lived in Grayslake until I went off to college in 2011. I attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) and obtained a bachelor's degree in biology in 2015. I met my lovely wife Charlee during my freshman year of college at SIUE and we were married in 2016.
After graduating with my undergraduate degree, I went on to attend Chiropractic school at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Chiropractic was actually founded in Davenport by Dr. Palmer. Palmer was the first Chiropractic school to ever be created. While at Palmer I treated many different patients while also obtaining certification in Activator, Thompson, Flexion Distraction, Gonstead, and Diversified techniques. I Graduated from Palmer in February of 2019 earning a degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
My interest in chiropractic began when I was in high school. While in high school I played many sports, including football, lacrosse, and basketball. When I was 16 I had a sports-related injury causing low back pain. My parents, who had both been going to a Chiropractor since they were teenagers, took me to the Chiropractor to get looked at. The Chiropractor gave me an adjustment and explained what he was doing and what chiropractic was all about. After each visit, my interest in chiropractic grew and my back pain got better. After my 4th and final visit for my back injury, I was no longer in pain and was very interested in learning more about the field of chiropractic care. I shadowed the doctor later that year and attended his event on career day. After this point, I knew that I wanted to become a Chiropractor so that I could help people feel better and improve their lives in the same ways that this doctor helped me.
Throughout chiropractic school, I was met with many decisions. After my wife and I got married we started to think about life after chiropractic school. We had always talked about living in the south since we met in college. After a couple of visits to Tennessee, we knew this was where we wanted to settle down and raise a family. We are thrilled to have finally made this dream a reality and are so happy to be enjoying Tennessee with our sons Thomas, Gabriel and Theodore and our dogs. The beautiful views, big mountains, warmer weather and nicer people are all a big part of that. We both love to go hiking and explore nature. I also love to go hunting and fishing during my free time, which I hope to be able to do a lot of here.
My family and I moved here in 2018 edger to become a part of this great state. I look forward to helping people feel better and be able to enjoy doing the activities they love.

Dr. RJ Crawford DC QCCCEO/ ChiropractorMy first experience with chiropractic was very early on. I couldn’t even say 'chiropractic' yet, much less, knew what it was. I was only two, and like most that age, I was a wild heathen and I basically enjoyed doing anything my parents told me not to do. So jumping on the furniture and the bed was just one of those activities. One day while jumping on the bed I happened to fall off and consequently broke my left leg. Again, being a little 'Dennis the Menace' and thinking lightning wouldn’t strike twice, I decided while still in a cast, to jump on the bed again. And as a result, fell off the bed a second time… and yes, broke my other leg. So now being a two-year-old with two broken legs, both in casts all the way up, my dad decided it would be wise for me to see his chiropractor.
